Hi, I’m Nik Toth, holistic nutritionist, personal trainer and wellness coach. You may know me from my previous site IGOTPT.com.

I believe every woman deserves to feel amazing and confident in her skin and be proud of her bikini body.

I specialise in getting women lean and toned without starvation, dieting or eating boring food, while building a positive relationship with their bodies.

There was a time in my life when I resented my body. I was unhappy every time I looked in the mirror. I felt bloated, struggled from sugar cravings and constantly battled with emotional eating.
I tried every diet under the Sun along with extreme cardio exercise regimes, but neither of them got me any closer to my goal. Not for long anyway.

I was chubby, depressed and the constant battle with my distorted body image gave me anxiety. I was obsessed with becoming skinny, but ironically I reached for junk food to tamper my feelings. Eating C.R.A.A.P (processed Carbs, Refined sugar, Artificial sweeteners, Alcohol and Packaged meals) made me put on even more weight, so eventually food became my enemy, I was miserable.
I was waiting for my life to begin when I became thin, but in reality what I needed was just the right tools to help me better my health.

Then one day I said enough is enough. After acquiring help from a nutritionist who helped me look at food differently, I decided to study nutrition to better understand how my body works and how food can affect my health.

I couldn’t believe the shift I witnessed both in the way I looked and felt when I stopped worrying about the numbers on the scale, and for the first time in my life put my health before my weight.

Instead of packaged and processed foods I started eating delicious fresh whole foods that nourished and fuelled my body. Surprise-surprise…the weight kept falling off me.

To create a body I always dreamed of, I decided to learn more about fitness and human physiology by becoming a personal trainer. To really put myself to the test, I decided to train for a fitness bikini competition. The incredible journey leading me to step on stage with the body I sculpted (with no prior fitness background!) showed me that I could do anything!

I came up with the recipe for true body transformation, which helped hundreds of clients become lean and toned ever since.
