Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding


• 1/4 cup of chia seeds

• 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk/or coconut milk

• 1/2 cup filtered water

• 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

• 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)

Optional: add 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder


  1. Stir together the chia seeds, cinnamon (and protein powder) with the almond milk, pour it on top of the fruit and leave covered in the fridge overnight.
  2. Add a few pieces of berries serve and dust with cinnamon.
