• 1/4 cup of chia seeds
• 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk/or coconut milk
• 1/2 cup filtered water
• 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
Optional: add 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Stir together the chia seeds, cinnamon (and protein powder) with the almond milk, pour it on top of the fruit and leave covered in the fridge overnight.
- Add a few pieces of berries serve and dust with cinnamon.
