Feeling like something sweet? This delicious chunky monkey smoothie will hit the spot every time!
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 serve chocolate or vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp flax seed
- Blend all ingredients in the blender for 30-45 seconds
- Top with 1 tbsp of walnuts, buckwheat and raw cacao nibs for a little crunch.
