Coconut Cocoa Bliss Balls


  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1 cup of nuts (almond, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/3-cup raw organic cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil
  • ½ cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds


  1. Soak dates in warm water for 15 mins to soften
  2. Whilst dates are soaking add nuts, cacao, shredded coconut, coconut oil and chia seeds in food processor and mix
  3. Add dates and process
  4. If mixture is too dry add either a tablespoon of the water used to soak dates or a little more coconut oil
  5. Let mixture dry for 10 mins
  6. Roll into small bite size balls and then roll into shredded coconut

Refrigerate or freeze for quick bite size snacks or desert.
