My go-to post-workout smoothie! Packed with protein and low in carbohydrates, it will fuel your body with all the essential vitamins it needs after a big workout!
- 30g coconut flavour protein powder
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Blend it in a high power blender for 30-45 seconds
