How to make an adrenal elixir to your soothe stress

Ashwagandha is one of my favorite herbs because it’s absolutely amazing for women’s bodies…

And it is extraordinary when it comes to relieving stress and reducing high cortisol levels.

As one of nature’s incredible adaptogens, it helps our bodies to achieve a healthy equilibrium.

If a hormone is too low, it raises it into the healthy range…

Too high, it lowers it back to balance.

Ashwagandha has also been shown to lower bad cholesterol, strengthen the immune system, and even assist in balancing thyroid hormones.

And as you might know, poor thyroid function can create an extra layer of body fat that’s really hard to lose so this herb is wonderful if you are trying to get lean.

And because of its powerful balancing properties, Ashwagandha can also help with:

  1. A quick question: the instructions on the packet of ashwagandha powder that I just bought state that we have to simmer it for 15 minutes. Is this necessary?
    I noticed that you skip this step in this demo here.
    Do you think that simmering it for 15 min would help release more of ashwagandha’s healing phytochemicals?
