Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it the most enjoyable one too? Stay in shape with this deliciously juicy breakfast bowl with nectarine. It’s full of protein, which keeps you fuller for longer!
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 1 sliced nectarine
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds and pepitas
- 1 pinch stevia (optional)
- Pour yoghurt and stevia into a bowl.
- Lay nectarine slices flat on the sides of the bowl.
- Sprinkle on chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
