Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day.



It helps to set yourself up for an energy filled day and boosts your metabolism to help you shed body fat.



But many women tell me they don’t have the time or aren’t sure what they should eat to achieve a lean body.



And many others even skip brekky…



Then overeat for the rest of the day because they get hungry.



That’s why this recipe is so wonderful.



By including high protein ingredients, you are much more likely to burn fat and feel full for longer than if you choose a carb filled option.



And it’s such a great way to avoid cravings and become both lean and well.

 

The best part is that you can whip up all the ingredients the night before and just toss them into a bowl with the dressing and it’s ready to go.
