Papaya Bliss Smoothie

Island style breakfast anyone? In the warmer months I love making smoothies with seasonal fruit like papaya! 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen papaya
1 frozen banana
1 cup bok choy (or other greens)
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
1/2 cup coconut water
Pinch vanilla bean powder or essence
2-3 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Blend for 30-45 seconds in a high power blended
  2. Top with more papaya and shredded coconut
