Sliced Green Apple with ABC spread

Sometimes the simplest is the best. I take this healthy dessert to picnics, camping or don’t laugh….even the movies!

Preparing it will literally take you about 2 minutes. ABC spread is a nut butter, consisting of Almonds, Brazil nuts and Cashews (you can purchase it at any health food store). 

It tastes amazing, and it’s so good for you. Unlike peanuts that don’t have a whole lot of health benefits, almonds, brazil nuts and cashews are full of essential minerals, vitamins and healthy fats called Omega 3s!

I must warn you, once you are introduced to ABC spread, you’ll never look at peanut butter the same!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Green apple
  • 2-3 tbsp ABC spread
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Slice up your apple, then smear ABC spread on them and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
