Strawberry Naga Bowl

This delightful smoothie bowl is one of my Summer favourites that I fell in love with in Bali. It only takes a few seconds to whip up. It is as refreshing and delicious as gelato and with theadded protein it will keep you full for hours. Kids love it too!
A must try!

 

Ingredients

Smoothie

1.5 cups frozen berries
1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 2 raw organic eggs

Toppings

1 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp toasted granola
1/2 chopped kiwi fruit
1/4 cup chopped papaya
1 tbsp almond flakes

Method

1. Place the berries, banana and nut milk in a high power blender (like the Vitamix) and blend until you achieve a thick smoothie consistency.
(If using protein powder add a little water if necessary)
2. Place in a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients
