Superseed Muesli

Superseed Muesli

I recommend making this seed muesli a big batch and keeping it in the fridge!

This miracle food is full of fibre, omega 3 fatty acids, protein and additional healthy fats.

The perfect low-reactive food that can help heal the gut.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • ½ cup chia seeds,
  • ½ cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut or almond meal,
  • ½ cup walnuts (crushed)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds / pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp slippery elm bark powder
  • ½ cup white or black sesame seeds.

Method:

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and store in an airtight container.

Your serving size:

Female: 1/2 cup of muesli

Serve with ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (I like Almond Breeze from Aldi)

or light coconut milk (Ayam brand) or 2-3 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

Option to add: ¾ cup berries and 1 tablespoon of protein powder for a protein boos and a bit of stevia for sweetness.

 

Male: 1 cup of muesli
