5 Ways to Tackle Oestrogen Dominance and Weight Gain Naturally and Safely

2) Indulge in exercise

A study in the Journal of Applied Physiology revealed that when women exercised for 300 minutes per week at 80–85% of their max, they dropped their total oestrogen exposure by 18.9%.

 

3) Brassica veggies anyone?

Brassica vegetables are wonderful for aiding oestrogen detoxification with their high levels of a compound called indole-3-carbinol.

Think broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, and cabbage.

 

4) Antioxidants

Anti-oxidants are key compounds for the body’s detoxification process, including for liver detoxification which is essential for removing excessive oestrogen.
