Make this delicious treat in just 10 minutes!
- 1 fresh young coconut
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 drops of stevia
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp raw cacao
- 4 drops stevia
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a food processor, and form 2″ balls from the mixture. Place it on baking paper on a baking tray and pop in the freezer for a few mins.
- Prepare the coating by mixing the ingredients.
- When the balls are hard, roll them in the choc coating. If they are cold enough, the chocolate should harden immediately. Pop them in the freezer for another 5 minutes.
