What should really be in your detox breakfast bowl
Your detox breakfast bowl should contain detoxifying ingredients that can help cleanse your digestive system and leave you feeling full and healthy.
And what makes this recipe stand out from thousands of healthy breakfast ideas?
Well, this Green Detox Breakfast Bowl uses only the healthiest ingredients to give your body the nourishment it needs to help you get through your day.
Nutrients you can get from this detox breakfast bowl
First of all, this tasty detox breakfast bowl contains celery, which is not only a low calorie food but a rich source of cancer-fighting antioxidants and fiber as well.
Next stop, we have ginger–one of the healthiest and tastiest spices on Earth. It contains gingerol, a substance responsible for its unique flavor, fragrance, and much of its medicinal properties.
This wonder spice has anti-inflammatory effects that help reduce muscle pain and soreness. Though it may not have an immediate effect on muscle pain, it can definitely slow down its day-to-day progression.
We also have banana, which is one of the most convenient snack foods that is packed with many important nutrients. This potassium-rich fruit will give your detox breakfast bowl the sweetness it needs to balance out the unique tastes of ginger and celery. No need to add sugar!
