A wonderful study in the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing found a combination of lavender, ylang-ylang, and bergamot once a day for four weeks reduced subjective stress, anxiety, and blood cortisol levels…

And with reduced stress, it is easier to slim down.

Higher cortisol levels can cause belly fat so you may be able to dreamily smell your way to a slimmer silhouette!


2) The Anti-inflammatory Blend

Being inflamed can be tricky…

Because as we gain weight our inflammation levels tend to rise…

And higher inflammation makes it harder to lose excess weight because it can trigger insulin resistance.


An essential oil blend to soothe inflammation might be just what you need.

In their research, Rantzsch and her team found that eucalyptus oil and orange oil display anti-oxidative properties…

So they may form a wellbeing blend that can reduce inflammation as well as additional kilos.


3) The Lean Body Oil

I’ve saved the best until last!

We know that increasing thermogenesis — the ability to burn calories — is important in achieving a lean body.

That’s why exercise is so important…
