This drink has a more liquid-y consistency than a smoothie. It’s more like an iced hot chocolate. For a thicker consistency use less liquid and more ice.

This is a total post-workout treat. If this doesn’t encourage you to do a hard workout, nothing will!

  • 1.5 cup coconut light milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon of raw cacao
  • 1-2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate protein powder ** (I used plant based Ultimate Protein from Eden Health Foods)To get 10% off your order use the code ‘LEANBODY’ at the checkout. 
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 8-10 drops of Caramel stevia
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
