It’s very simple to prepare but one of the key ingredients is caramel flavoured stevia. I bought mine at Just-health.com.au

This drink has a more liquid-y consistency than a smoothie. It’s more like an iced hot chocolate. For a thicker consistency use less liquid and more ice.
This is a total post-workout treat. If this doesn’t encourage you to do a hard workout, nothing will!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup coconut light milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoon of raw cacao
- 1-2 dates (pitted)

- pinch of sea salt
- 8-10 drops of Caramel stevia
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Voila!
