A healthy morning routine is really important for improving your body and wellbeing.
When you wake up with simple steps ready to go you’ll find yourself on the path toward a healthier you before you have time to make any bad decisions.
I’m often asked… ‘But what do you do, Nik?’
So I’ve created a special video to share my morning routine.

The very first thing I do when I wake is tongue scraping and oil pulling to remove the bacteria from my mouth and enhance the detoxification process that keeps my body well.
Next, I brush my teeth with a safe fluoride free toothpaste.
Then I cleanse my face with organic products and use a very inexpensive moisturiser that might surprise you…
It’s much better for your skin than traditional lotions and will help you to combat spots and develop a healthy glow.
I prepare some lemon water with detoxifying ingredients for a healthy weight, like fresh lemon juice, ginger and cayenne pepper… I like it spicy!
And because I work out in the morning to boost my metabolism and energy for the day, I prepare my workout drink with pre and probiotics and super greens.

By finding ways to do several things at once, I can maximise my health and minimise the time it takes.
My breakfast is always easy and delicious because well, I’m busy, and a healthy relationship with food is important.
It only takes a couple of minutes to prepare and it’s a lovely way to start the day…

Then I prepare one simple drink that helps me feel full of energy and maintain a lean body.
