Then we will move into a daily yoga practice that will rebalance and recharge you, and help you set out a positive intention for the day. All levels are welcomed! You'll love this practice, even if you've never done a downward dog before.

We will start our days with a short but impactful high intensity group training, including body weight exercises that suits all fitness levels, and will leave you feeling fit and bursting with energy. Let me show you how exercising can actually be so much fun! We will practice daily yoga to the soothing sounds of the ocean and breathe in the fresh and cleansing air.
